What’s sure to be a hipster’s wet dream and definitely on my “Can’t Wait For” list, is this years live action film adaptation of Maurice Sendak’s Where The Wild Things Are. It’s adapted/written by David Eggers and directed by Spike Jonze. It’s been in production since 2006. But it’ll be well worth the wait. Here’s hoping for sweet action figures to break my wallet.
Entertainment Weekly released these two stills today on their “First Look at 12 Big Movies Coming In 2009″ exclusive. There’s a few more images up at comingsoon.net
